Optimization results in SAS Pack Optimization by distribution center might contain incorrect values for Inner and Outer Packs. In the User Interface, optimization results by Distribution Center might incorrectly display unopened Outer Packs as 0. In the exported PDF, optimization results by distribution center, the PDF might display incorrect results as follows:
- In the Pre-Pack Configuration section of the PDF, the Inner Pack Count field might incorrectly display a value of 1.
- In the Pre-Pack Order section of the PDF, the Total Outer Packs field might incorrectly display a value of 0.
There is no workaround for this issue.
